Abhilfe: Überprüfung ob der Prozess "SapOsCol.Exe" auf dem Betriebssystem aktiv ist, ist er aktiv so kann ein Stoppen und ein erneutes Starten des Prozesses Abhilfe schaffen.

This message indicates that the prozess "SapOsCol.exe" is not startet on the Operating-System. This prozess delivers basic-informations of OS so that SAP can read them.
To correct the situation please start the process SapOsCol.exe, or if the process is already running, stop it and restart it again.
